Not since 1977 has a movie left such a visual impression. Avatar 3D-IMAX is an amazing piece of work which moves the movie bar as high as StarWars did some 32 years ago. We were forced to watch the film from the second row, so I can't wait to go back and sit in the middle of the theater. I'm pretty sure that we only saw about 20% of the screen at any one time, but that was enough to keep my jaw open for most of the show.
